Stephen Hull is a Graphic Designer and Art Director who creates visually stunning designs that effectively communicate key messages and optimize the user experience. In addition to his design work he also had the immense pleasure of working with Erika in a previous lifetime. That's right, Stephen was Erika's boss once upon a time. It was my pleasure to have a great chat with Stephen (or "Hull" as I solely call him) about his background and experiences in Graphic Design. Erika Christie: Paying for Expertise, Not Time: "if someone asks you to do something and you can do it in 20 minutes, and they go, “well, that only took you 20 minutes, I should only pay you for 20 minutes.” But if it took you 20 years to be able to be talented enough to only do it in 20 minutes, then you're paying for the 20 years of experience.
