Priya is the daughter of Nirmal Hingorani and Kapila Hingorani, both late Senior Advocate. Kapila Hingorini was a leading lawyer of the Supreme Court and described by many as an “institution” by herself or the “mother of Public Interest Litigation (PIL)” in India.
