Hormonal imbalances can cause excessive hair growth, acne, and thinning hair. Obesity is common, increasing the risk of heart disease. PCOS is associated with sleep apnea, depression, and anxiety. Furthermore, it can lead to endometrial cancer due to irregular shedding of the uterine lining.
