Welcome to Unfiltered with Kanika on Audiopitara. Emotions are habits, and habits are difficult to change. So it is ok to go easy on yourself as long as you are taking small steps, like baby steps, regularly. Remember, sad emotions are also steps you have unintentionally taken over the years. Therefore, something needs to be done intentionally to reverse the habit. I am blessed to be around people who are much more positive than I am and who have constantly encouraged me to be on this path. I was told it was okay to fail as long as I started again.
