After working as a librarian for 7 years, Anamaria worked as a therapy tech while earning an Associate’s in Exercise Science and becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She worked as a personal caregiver for a year and continues to work with individuals with neurological conditions. She is the daughter of a retired pain management nurse and daughter-in-law of a retired nurse and nurse educator. She is motivated by her own struggles with anxiety to help others maintain their quality of life and utilizes strategies she has learned from mental health therapists as well as physical, occupational, music and speech therapists.
