Learning to say no to additional tasks, delegating caregiving responsibilities, and setting aside dedicated time for self-care are important steps. By involving others in our daily responsibilities, we can share the load and reduce our stress. Furthermore, taking a few minutes each day and a few hours each week for filling out our cups is vital. This time allows us to recharge, ensuring we are better equipped to handle our daily responsibilities and maintain a healthier balance in our lives.
