This was me in 2020. Once I called a thing a thing, I felt the fear and did it anyway. Deneen L. Garrett: “So the secret of getting ahead is getting started. I was hesitant to get started. After my coach told me people were waiting to hear from me to hear my voice and then reading Brene Brown vulnerability. I NIKED it and launched an intimate conversation with women of color on Good Friday 2020 I felt the fear and did it anyway.” You have to start in order to finish. Recognize what’s holding you back. Acknowledge it. Embrace it.
