You can send me messages(this is new!)!Oh my gosh, our friend Ande Lyons introduced us, and I was thrilled to get to talk to Cathy Nesbitt of Cathy's Composters about worm composting; I was told she also taught "Laughter Yoga," which I guess made sense, and was very curious about, but when I met Cathy on Zoom, I was instantly sold. Cathy has been teaching worm composting for over 2 decades (her WHY is so inspiring!), and has been teaching Laughter yoga for several years now - she has a weekly Chuckle Club zoom meeting on Tuesday mornings. I attended one of Cathy's Chuckle Club meetings, and let me tell you how awkward it felt to be silly and make myself laugh (even harder when at work); I didn't realize that it takes practice to let go when we work so hard at staying busy...
